I converted our current issue templates for this repo to yml format so we can enforce certain fields.

I made some small adaptations to the wording to what seemed to make the most sense. Feel free to change them as you see fit :) This should be enough to get us started though.

LGTM, thanks!

We did just do some updates to the lemmy issue templates, but they're still in markdown.

The main thing I want to keep from those, is the checkboxes to make sure people have searched for their issue before. We have so many duplicates on all our repos, and it'll likely help.
