Adds a new command to roll attribute checks on selected actors in a chat message with the following syntax:
@CHECK[ATTR1 ATTR2]@CHECK[ATTR1 ATTR2 DL]The rendering of it can be improved further in the near future; for the time being I focused on readability and on making sure the syntax was intuitive.
