Let's not forget to include all of these before we merge #2940:

• optional (but recommended) security improvements the devs can make to their admin panel:
  • if they store texts from users (not admins) through WYSIWYGs, they should consider adding escaping functionality to the easymde, simplemde or summernote fields - see Add a note in WYSIWYG editors about content escaping docs#267
  • make sure they really need the content to be un-escaped if they use one of the columns un-escaped-by-default-columns - see Default to escape true on all column types except markdown and custom_html #3859
  • update their config (or overwritten route file) to throttle the password reset attempts - see Throttle password request attempts #3862
