<get-software-information> RPC output changes in Junos releases >= 15.1. First, try to determine the version from the <junos-version> tag, if present. If not present, revert to the previous method of gathering the version information from the "junos" package-information.

Some version of 15.1 introduced a new element to determine version number. Supported added for this by @stacywsmith
