While you're at it, julia on musl often fails to build, which means it should be demoted to tier 3 |

I see PPC binaries in both 1.10 and 1.11, so I'm making it Tier 3. I believe ARMv7 should be Tier 4 since I don't think it has been built since 1.7 |
