NASA provided some funding at JuliaHub specifically for release preparation, issues fixing, etc. There is a mandatory funding acknowledgement. This seems like a decent place for it, but open to other suggestions.

This is an open invitation for people to add highlights to the 1.10 blogpost. By reading the NEWS file I have added some initial highlights but this is by no means complete.

Edit: At this point, small typo fixes etc are I think more noisy then they are helpful. Once the meat of the text is in place I think a grammar and typo fix session is in order but let's wait a bit with that.
