Discord Bots

We will need several bots for Discord, in particular:

• Identity bot that can tie a Telegram handle to an on-chain address/membership
• Faucet bot (can maybe be adapted from the previous ones)
• Forum bots for specific channels
• Proposal bot for proposal channel
• Council bot for council channel
• Tip bot

• Voting bot for competitions, should be able to take a series of entries and allow users to vote using some mechanism. This is an important one for competitions until we get the poll feature on the forums as there's currently no real way to vote on the forums. This should also only allow those with a tied on-chain address to vote.

• Role bot - By using on-chain identity we should be able to determine who holds specific roles and assign them the specified role within Discord. If enabled by a server admin, then people can tag the role and this will highlight the channel for all users having that role.

• Mint bot - When the mint of a working group is low it posts a warning remembering to create a proposal to fill the mint
