Linux Support

Intro

MagnumHUD Fonts are broken on Linux, causing the game to crash whenever the panels with specific fonts are loaded. However, thanks to: [$WINDOWS] & [$LINUX] tags this can be avoided to not happen. However, I am not fully aware of how much this Linux support effort can be.
