fix: disable mouse support from ignite docs (ignite#3385)

Mouse support and alt-screen options were removed because the latest Glow version is not allowing to assign program options before run leading to a panic error because the renderer is not initialized. Co-authored-by: Alex Johnson <[email protected]>
