出现了什么问题

arbitrary插件匹配qName时对大小写敏感。

例如 "_vlmcs._tcp.lan IN SRV ANSWER _vlmcs._tcp.lan. IN SRV 0 100 1688 kms.lan." 仅能匹配_vlmcs._tcp.lan的SRV查询，而无法匹配_VLMCS._TCP.lan的查询（而windows的KMS查询使用的是大写记录）。

此处匹配应对大小写不敏感才较合理。

mosdns 的版本号(mosdns -v)：v1.7.0-0-gb30cbb2


使用的启动参数或启动方式：-dir2exe


操作系统和平台：debian
