This documentation describes how to define an SMM Measure using the SMMMeasureAPI.

A SMM Measure is a small and independent software component which allows to retrive or calculate a measurement. Based on an SMM definition, it can be deployed on the Measure Platform and then allow it to collect measurement data.

The Measure Platform allows to create measure instance from this SMM Measure. The creation of an instance allows the platform to execute the SMM Measure with specified parameters and inputs.
