bug in removeStatement

In this example, if you want to remove the second i++ with block.removeStatement(block.getStatement(3));, Spoon removes the first one.

{  int i = 1;
    i++;
    if (i > 0) {
        java.lang.System.out.println("test");
    }
    i++;
}
