Submissions in List and Detailed Views appears in different order

Submissions in the List View appears in a different order when in the Detailed View.

This is not an urgent issue, but team members have a difficult time understanding the logic or criteria behind how submissions are currently organized in the detailed view.

During testing, the first submission that appears in the List View was also the first submission that appears in the Detailed View. Submissions are no longer following these parameters in the live webapp.

Submission Detail (center)
Defaults to the first submission in the submission listing on page load
Shows the same information as available on the submission detail page
