When OFAC Sanctioned Countries IPs are blocked in the Country IP Blocking category, any connections made by the video player in Twitch is blocked as well. The website and other functionality works fine, but playing a stream results in a black error screen with

Solution is as described from a previous issue I've encountered. Thanks to @HotCakeX Simply open Local Group Policy Editor and navigate to this area: And in the Inbound & Outbound sections, right-click > Disable Rule the Afterwards, running |

Simply open Local Group Policy Editor and navigate to this area:
And in the Inbound & Outbound sections, right-click > Disable Rule the
OFAC Sanctioned Countries IP range blocking
or simply delete them.Afterwards, running
gpupdate /force
in a PowerShell terminal and refreshing Twitch on your browser will solve the issue.
