## Introduction

**Step 1:** Click Device management in the Google Admin Console.
This guide provides administrators with step-by-step instructions on deploying the Helperbird extension across various platforms including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft 365, and G Suite. Follow these steps to ensure that Helperbird is available to all users within your organization.

## Prerequisites

Administrator access to Google Admin Console (for G Suite/Google Chrome) or Microsoft 365 Admin Center (for Microsoft Edge).

**Step 2:** Select Chrome management.
Helperbird's extension ID for Chrome : `ahmapmilbkfamljbpgphfndeemhnajme`.

### Deploying on Google Chrome (G Suite)

**Step 4** Under Organizations choose the OU (Organizational Unit) you would like to deploy extensions to.
**Step 1**: Log into Google Admin Console
Access your G Suite Admin Console at [admin.google.com](https://admin.google.com/).

**Step 5** Scroll down to Apps and Extensions and locate Force-installed Apps and Extensions.
**Step 2**: Access Chrome Management
Navigate to `Devices > Chrome > Apps & Extensions`.

**Step 6** Click the Manage force-installed apps link.
**Step 3**: Select Organizational Unit
Choose the Organizational Unit to which you want to deploy Helperbird.

**Step 4**: Add Helperbird Extension
Click the `+` icon and select `Add from Chrome Web Store`. Enter Helperbird’s extension ID.

**Step 7** In Force-installed Apps and Extensions, click the add by ID button.
**Step 5**: Configure Deployment Settings
Set the installation policy to `Force Install` or another preferred setting.

Click `Save` to apply the settings.

Under `Manage Extensions`, add Helperbird’s extension ID and specify deployment options.

**Step 4**: Save Changes
Ensure to save the configuration changes.

**Step 10** Click SAVE.

For Chrome: Verify the deployment by logging into a user account within the Organizational Unit and checking if the Helperbird extension is installed and functioning.

**Step 11** After the force-install window has closed, click SAVE at the top right of the page to publish the app or extension to all of your selected users. The app or extension will now be deployed to your users.
For Edge: Verify by accessing Microsoft Edge in a user account and checking for the presence of Helperbird.
