Fixes for app.rs
updates to dark_mode.rs I added another config ssr to allow the rust formatter to help check for errors. It is commented out but helps me sometimes to debug ssr.
This needs to be true for preferring dark mode. I tested after clearing cookies and it started in the light view.

Ben did an excellent job explaining what was causing the flashes. I had already been toying around before Ben chimed in so I made some changes and then Ben helped to narrow down what was causing the issues. I tried to address those and may have made some changes you may not prefer. Please review the few small changes and take what you want discard what you do not want. I appreciate getting this working with leptos .6. Now i need to get it working with actix. =) Good luck.
