What:
Remove the offset of the fluid slot in the assembler and adds the Machine title areas previously attempted by Tech in his GTCE PR.
How solved:
Adds a new method to be able to add an offset to the gui building and adjusts several methods to have an offset parameter.
Outcome:
Adds offset to the machine title in certain cases
