This addresses #487, to explicitly print out the transcription, instead of the string representation of the result. This should result in the actual unicode characters being printed, rather than the escaped codepoints (tested with mandarin, cantonese, japanese, and korean (notice a trend? ^_^)
Also - print interim results as they come, overwriting them until you get the final result. 'cuz it's cool.
