After our last GIVeconomy call, we decided that only donations 0.05$ or higher to The Giveth Community of Makers are eligible.

@mohammadranjbarz - can we make this adjustment in the Swagger API?

The calculate script currently allows all donations to giveth-community-of-makers as eligible. Is it possible to make this so that only donations of 0.05$ or more to this project are included in the calculation?
