Adding Proposed Layer

Introduction:

You can add additional data tiles or geojson files to the application by modifying the washington_stats.js file located under /scripts/appClient/src/extensions to reference the new dataset. You need to also modify the mapTemplate to support a new MapSelectorSlideTemplate MapLayer.
