Simplify grdimage part 1 (#4163)

* Eliminate dealing with three grids in the module

During parsing, we detect three grids (r,g,b) and convert to image.

* Fix grdmix -N call

* Update grdimage.c

* Update grdimage.c

* Cleanup

* Revise original PS for images plotted with grdimage and -JX

Those images are pixel-registrered and should be plotted as such.
