Covers a LiDAR data processing pipeline from downloading the data and exploratory data analysis, to doing some data filtering and creating a digital surface model. Example is centered on Picton wharf, New Zealand.

Has blockmedian and grdview features required for Tutorial 3.
Ensure we run `blockmedian` to trim LiDAR points before running `surface`, and add new subsection on making a 3D perspective plot with `grdview`. Also changed colormap to use 'earth' instead of 'oleron', corrected some typos,  and so on.
