Добавляет возможность гостам спавниться за мышей, подобно тому, как это сделано на vorestation.
Чтобы не слить пол года и в конце узнать, что идея была плохой - механ будет разбит на несколько самодостаточных частей, ПРов. Этот первый - базовый.
