Description
Adds missing loadout items to Logistics Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Paramedic. Everyone else has all their drip, and the Logistics Officer in particular was left hanging here. Also fixes a bug where the alternative Logistics Officer hats would not replace their default spawn hat, either in preview or in game, and would instead be placed in their backpack.
Adds administration glasses to Command loadout. This has accessibility and utility much in line with, or even less than, other Command department items, and especially items available in specific departmental head loadouts such as the CMO's advanced medical belt or the CE's advanced engineering belt. I added it to general departmental loadout rather than specifically Logistics Officer because I believe it is suitable for several members of command (Captain, HoP).
Reduces the costs of departmental thongs, arm warmers, and socks to 0. These needed a fix, as they were a mess of 1 and 2 costs, with no apparent rationale for which is which. I decided on 0 over either existing option because these are replacements for departmental uniforms, which should never be charged for. In addition, this makes loadouts a lot simpler for people who want to let the job balancer assign them a job at round start, something the EE loadout system has been very bad at in the past and which we should be working to improve.
Adds the missing corpsman thong, arm warmers, and socks. I modified the equivalent paramedic sprites created by Dakota Haven to create them, and tried to match the existing corpsman aesthetic as best I was able, using the corpsman jumpsuit in particular as a colour reference. I do not consider myself a sprite artist (or any kind of artist), and fully expect and invite someone to replace these at some point, but I do believe my version is better than nothing.
