Explanation of Change
Removes the two last instances of gpg signed files and moves them to 1Password.

Tests
I verified that desktop built successfully via AdHoc and verified that the app was correctly notarized. There were no security warnings and the Taccy app confirmed it was signed, notarized, and hardened correctly.
