Feature request : add some bottom padding to all the bottom docked modals on mobile to be consistent with padding top.

android and iphone with and without bottom notch (home bar).

1. open app and login with any account.
2. open any chat and send link in message.
3. long press on the link in the message you last sent, and ensure that "copy link bottom-docked dialog" padding bottom is consistent with padding top.
4. long press on any message, and ensure that "message options bottom-docked dialog" padding bottom is consistent with padding top.
5. long press on any message to show message options then click delete option, and ensure that "delete confirmation bottom-docked dialog" padding bottom is consistent with padding top.

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))

set fallback value for safeAreaPaddingBottom at the top of function getModalPaddingStyles rather than write it inline in paddingBottom because it used in two places marginBottom and paddingBottom.
And use automatically value modalContainerStylePaddingTop instead of 12
