mWeb - Log in- Error message appears on the first attempt of tapping "Resend Link" #10758

Issue found when executing PR #10556

Action Performed:

  1. Launch the app
  2. Enter an email address which does not have
  3. Tap "Resend link"

Expected Result:

"Link resent" message appears and link is resent

Actual Result:

Error message appears as "maximum attempts" reached

I believe this is related to #10754 and should be resolved by that fix
