Make Clockwork Bee honeycomb output Builder's Tea liquid

Allow Clockwork Bee honeycomb to output Builder's Tea liquid, instead of only bottled version

Why would you like this added/changed?

Other bees who have bottle-only output have no valid liquid associated with their bottled output, but it isn't the case with Builder Tea, which have a fluid version, and it's pretty weird that we can't get it directly from combs and require bottling it instead. Also makes processing a little bit more annoying, cuz need a separate "bottled" centrifuge for Clockwork Bee

Oh, also Builder's Tea liquid is hidden in JEI, only visible when you look recipe of builder's tea bottle, for some reason, while being the main crafting method in base Create
