Nameplate Guilds not showing properly

Even tho someone left their guild, the guild "title" still shows on the nameplate.
As you can see below, this player's nameplate is showing that he is still in a guild.

But when checking if the player is really in a guild, he's not.

• This is a common issue I've seen on multiple players.
• As far as I know this bug only occurs when someone leaves their guild, and the nameplate does not recognize that.
  I've checked and asked the player whether he's in a guild or not
