Can we rate limit how many times a player (or GM for that matter) can press the Confetti button?

It was quite easy to bring my screen to a freeze, and I think several players spamming it after a roll, maybe would be good to have a slider or toggle for that in the configuration screen?

Everything else is perfect! Kudos.

There's high potential for abuse with this module. It was a one day build and I don't really think I'll have any enhancements for it very high on my to do list. This is definitely possible, but I don't think I will spend the time to do so, if someone were to push a PR for it, I would absolutely merge it.
