While we're at it, can you change line 11 to PR against the main branch instead of master, and changing the line about gitter to
start a discussion in the
#biologychannel on slack or zulip, or using thebiologydomain on discourse.

Yes, though you shouldn't need it. The typical process is to fork, make a branch on your fork, then push. You can make a PR from there. |

I just changed the link to go to
CONTRIBUTING.mdin the repo. I think this is what EcoJulia/Microbiome.jl#69 is asking for?
