1. Use plugin apply name 'gradle-repo' uniformly.
2. Remove 'branch' attribute from element and , but keep it in element .
3. Change repo-local.xml strategy. its will overwritten repo.xml, and modules will be removed to .repo/module which not declared in repo-local.xml.
