If condition is added to select cc80 for A100 and target offload = openacc

This is closed because we will eventually get the changes we want through ESMCI/cime tag cime6.0.185. See ESMCI/cime PR #4477 for more info. At this moment it isn't even worked into CESM, so we'll need to discuss how/when we want to get these changes. |
