Removed trailing whitespace in custom CMOR tables

Description

While working on the EMAC CMORizer (#1554) I noticed that almost all custom CMOR tables contain trailing whitespace. This PR removes this.

In addition, a missing newline at the end of CMOR_xco2.dat has been added.
