This PR introduces:
styleOverrideproperty to theeox-layercontrol. It gives the ability to override the current styles of the element.noShadowproperty toeox-layercontrol-layer-list,eox-layercontrol-layer-group,eox-layercontrol-layer,eox-layercontrol-layerconfig,eox-layercontrol-optional-list, andeox-layercontrol-tabs. The property allows you to override the operation that creates a shadow root in those elements, and it's set to a default value oftrue.
