chore(deps): update dev & peer dependencies

Implemented changes

This PR includes a few dependency updates and some cleanups left to do after the previous "un-bundling" PR(s). Some dependencies were still a devDependency instead of a peerDependency by mistake.
Also some elements used "latest" as a dependency version which caused version mismatches, in some cases this could be removed, in some cases it was replaced with "*".
