* Migrates the GitHub Advisories mirroring logic to the Open-Vulnerability-Project client. * Utilizes incremental mirroring similar to how it's done for the NVD REST API. * Adapts a more efficient synchronization logic, as already utilized by NVD REST API mirroring.
