Bumps Alpine to 2.2.6-SNAPSHOT.

Addressed Issue

• Closes Database transactions should be rolled back when committing fails #2677 via Use lambdas for transaction scoping; Don't reload objects after commit stevespringett/Alpine#552
• Enables Report Database Type & Version in Log and UI #2093 via Make About extensible and add extension for database info stevespringett/Alpine#565
• Fixes [Docker] ALPINE_DATABASE_PASSWORD from the secret #1987 via Fix ALPINE_DATABASE_PASSWORD_FILE not being considered stevespringett/Alpine#557
