Only affects internal projects with credentials. This is a follow-up to DependencyTrack#2870, which originally added the new column in order to support authentication for non-internal repositories. Signed-off-by: nscuro <[email protected]>

The migration now takes care of marking previously-internal repos with credentials as "authentication required". Migration tested with H2, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL. Signed-off-by: nscuro <[email protected]>
