About the PR

I added:

  • Psirius song "Nymphs of the Forest" back into rotation
  • Added two Patricia Taxxon songs into the lobby song rotation, as well. Chipshop and Minute.
  • Added 1 new lobby art (commission done by Leonardo_Dabepis, bless he) and adapted it to fit into the lobby art format.

Why / Balance

It has been a while since the lobby has been changed up. I was also wondering what happened to Nymphs of the Forest and learned that Colin put it out of rotation to hear DOS = HIGH, UMB and other songs more.
There will be a sequel to this PR at some point - I would like to add more.

Technical details

It's just a YML PR. Attributions, and things needed to bring these things into the game, no more.

LobbyScreen textures should be in the .webp format. Existing lobby screens haven't been converted yet

Remove LPO Shuttle Recalling (DeltaV-Station#1143)

# Description

The listening post being able to recall the shuttle was a little too
much for people, but luckily it and a few other things are datafields.
This PR removes the "Shuttle Recall" functionality for the
communications console on the Listening Post, while also giving a custom
broadcast announcement to the comms console so that it isn't just using
the Nuclear Operative Announcement. This way the listening post isn't
forcing people to call red alert by faking a nukie threat every round.
