[DeltaBalances]

Seems to be a fork of ForkDelta.

It is already supported in the Recent and Info pages, because it uses the trade, cancel, deposit and withdraw functions from EtherDelta.
It would need to be added to balances and history.
The currently displayed fees are probably wrong, because the (closed source) contract code contains some sort of fee whitelisting.

I'm not sure if it is useful to add it to the pricing sources yet, because there seems to be less than 5 ETH deposited in the exchange in total.
