Publish Docker image for Windows version 20H2

There are Datadog Agent Docker images available for Windows versions 1809, 1909, 2004, but not 20H2.

When the process isolation is used, the container Windows version must match the Windows version on the host. So the lack of a 20H2 image means hosts running Windows 20H2 cannot currently run the Datadog Agent in a container.

So I believe this issue should no longer be blocked?
