Add project links to dcp-updates.md

Certain project titles listed in the updates had very close but not perfect matches in the HCA data browser; these close matches have been assumed to be the same projects referred to in the markdown, and the markdown has been updated to reflect the titles as they appear on the HCA.

Affected titles, as originally written:

• "Single-cell transcriptomics reveals the landscape of intra-tumoral heterogeneity and transcriptional activities of ECs in CC" appears to be the title of the publication rather than the project, which is titled "Single-cell RNA-sequencing reveals the landscape of cervical cancer heterogeneity"
• "Dissecting the Global Dynamic Molecular Profiles of Human Fetal Kidney" and "Development by Single-Cell RNA Sequencing" were listed as separate projects, but appear to be a single project, "Dissecting the Global Dynamic Molecular Profiles of Human Fetal Kidney Development by Single-Cell RNA Sequencing"
• Certain titles differ only in the presence/absence of an ending period; these are:
  • Nuclei multiplexing with barcoded antibodies for single-nucleus genomics
  • Single-cell transcriptomic atlas of the human endometrium during the menstrual cycle.
  • Re-evaluation of human BDCA-2+ DC during acute sterile skin inflammation
