Hi,
MFMT and MDTM are official FTP features (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_FTP_commands) that allow for setting and viewing the modification dates of files uploaded, respectively. Without these, the modification date of uploaded files are set to the current date, not when they were last edited. This causes issues when syncing Retroarch saves across devices or for backup purposes.
All seems to work fine from my testing. Has been years since I've written C#, so hopefully it's not too ugly.
Also, I've added new icons with a white font instead of purple to improve visibility.
