Add checkbox to not display "warning gpu dependencies" box

Repeatedly showing the box is annoying so if users change often they can use checkbox to not show the error again.

in recent version.

@doggy 1.9.6 was just released yesterday and brew can take a couple days to get the changes. Alternatively download 1.9.6 through github or if you already have gswitch installed go to preferences -> check for update
