Update API host, add QuiltTester, and fix property type #118

Updated the default API server host in `QuiltInstaller` to use `.org` instead of `.net`. Added a `QuiltTester` example for testing and launching Quilt versions. Modified the `Build` property type in `QuiltLoader` from `string?` to `int?` for accuracy.

Tested on the latest version 1.21.4 and the oldest 1.14.4, everything works. I didn’t test the other versions. |
