If we execute a task in the "producer" thread - the whole thread pool may starve and we will wait for a single thread to finish.
The chart below shows this behaviour. Green line is num_files, red line is num_entries.

Fast test	Normally this is the first check that is ran for a PR. It builds ClickHouse and runs most of stateless functional tests, omitting some.
