What was done

• Changed unapproved cookie logging to log only items that are not in the json settings

How to install

*If you don't have yet, add to your compose.yaml SENTRY_DSN_PUBLIC: "" and SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT: "local" variables in order to test the sentry logging from local environment

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the Helfi Platform config
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-11441
• Run make drush-updb drush-cr

How to test

• Open sentry logging for test https://sentry.test.hel.ninja/organizations/city-of-helsinki/issues/?project=245&query=is%3Aunresolved+issue.priority%3A%5Bhigh%2C+medium%5D&referrer=issue-list&statsPeriod=14d
• Open the site in incognito and accept only required cookies. Add from your dev tools application tab some cookie that is already in our cookie settings but you didn't accept. For example some chat cookie aiap-user or something else. This cookie shouldn't be logged into sentry but hds still says in console that an unapproved item was found.
• Try adding some random cookies, they should still be logged to sentry
• Check that code follows our standards
