TODO 1. get the IFID from Harlowe... I can pull this from the data-chunk. 2. Port IFID keys to user prefs. 3. Test Harlowe version (can pull from data chunk) to determine if session restoration is needed. 4. Serialize the menu API callbacks somehow to preserve their state as well.
