Remove AddSupport.framework

To build the FacebookSDK_Static.zip do the following:

Install the project

% brew install xcodegen
% brew install cartage
% bundle install
% ./scripts/run.sh release github

Remove ASIdentifierManager

This release removes the ASIdentifierManager from the core sdk so the kids app can pass Apple's review.
